For those desiring more coverage, we have swimming leggings, 3/4 swimming leggings, and swimming shorts that can be worn under our dresses or swimming tops. When it comes to wearing something under your swim dress and set, Modest Mermaid suggests either a one-piece or two-piece bathing suit. We have also created a crop set specifically designed to be worn seamlessly under their swimwear. Alternatively, you can purchase the crop top or bottoms separately.

Does the swimwear have built in support?

Most of our Modest Mermaid swimwear does not have built-in bust support, as we know every body is different and support needs vary. This way, you have the flexibility to wear your own swim or sports bra underneath for the fit that suits you best. If you’d like inbuilt support, we do have two swim dress styles with it included – the Aztec zip swim dress and the Palm breeze swim dress. We believe that different bust sizes require different levels of support, so we give customers the control to choose what works best for them. However, some crop top styles with some removable padding for those who prefer an easy-to-wear option.

Do you have a girls range?

Modest Mermaid has girls' range, catering to girls aged 6-16 years. This provides age-appropriate fun, sun-smart options for young girls.
